TI-103

Controller for stand-alone drift compensation sensors TI-103 is a cross functional integrated circuit containing a microcontroller core for development of premium stand-alone sensors. The device includes a MROM, a RAM, an EEPROM, a core microprocessor, 8192 Hz and 4 MHz generators and an interface.
